Legal deposit protection

The legal ground for this protection is an independant Luxembourg system for the protection of deposits and indemnification of investors operated by the Association pour la Garantie des Dépôts, Luxembourg (AGDL), of which UniCredit Luxembourg S.A. is also a member. In the event of insolvency of a member institution, the AGDL guarantees the claims of cash investors up to the maximum amount legally defined.
